extendable dining tables in a pub

I love going to pubs with my friends. For me, it is the best place to hang out with my friends and chat with them for hours about things that have no significance whatsoever. I love the atmosphere that is in those pubs. We pretty much try to change pubs every night so that we will not get bored with a single one. We obviously have our favorite one but we have not been there for a month or so. We always try new stuff and thus, we try to visit places where we have never been before. Yesterday we were in a pretty strange, yet extremely cool pub. If you go to pubs often you probably know that one this that is bad about them is that they may be too small at times and they may not have sufficient capacity to store all of your friends, so to speak. Another annoying thing is when you go to a pub and you see that even though there is a bit of free space there are no free tables because there are single people sitting beside those tables. The yesterday"s pub was different than that. It did not share the issue. It actually was the first pub I have seen that used extendable dining tables. We came into this pub and were like, "there is not enough space guys, we are leaving." Suddenly the owner came to us and said, "look!" He grabbed one of those extendable dining tables and extended it to the point that we all could sit beside it. It was pretty strange as I have never come across something like that. Anyway, it was absolutely cool!
