My bathroom has just been ruined

I must say that although I like pets, I would never decide to keep one at home. They tend to have fleas, destroy any furniture you"ve just bought, make your new bathroom dirty, pee on your carpets, chew your shoes and do all sorts of other things that make you get mad. My neighbours have just bought a new Dalmatian. The dog is very young and really nice. He always runs towards me whenever he sees me, wagging his tail, jumping on my clothes (it"s ok if it"s not raining). I really like him, but unfortunately he can be too nosy sometimes. Or curious, I suppose, like all puppies. He sneaks through into my flat sometimes when I"m leaving for work in the morning and his owners do not manage to stop him in time. On the first time he just jumped on my window sill and started barking at some birds outside. A week later he managed to destroy my favourite fern. And yesterday I got really angry. The dog ran straight into my new bathroom! He jumped into the bath where I had put some curtains (I was going to wash them). Then he grabbed some already washed T-shirts into his mouth and started playing with them. He also knocked over an expensive sculpture that had been standing in the bathroom. And I should add his paws were all covered in mud! Well, the neighbours looked embarrassed and they promised to pay for the losses.
